All products purchased through our storefront at www.omnidatasafe.com are covered by a limited warranty. This warranty does not include Omni DataSafe product partners, or those featured on Omni DataSafe articles and promotional materials but purchased at another storefront outside of the omnidatasafe.com domain. For all partner products purchased outside of the omnidatasafe.com domain, you will need to refer to the manufacturer of that product for relevant return information.

This warranty, for applicable products purchased through our storefront at omnidatasafe.com, covers defects in materials and workmanship in the products found in the Omni DataSafe product catalog, in the first 30 days after shipment.

Our entire liability and your exclusive remedy is limited to the price paid for the product, if any. In no event shall Prairie IT LLC or our licensors be liable to you for any consequential, special, incidental or indirect damages of any kind.

Email us at support@omnidatasafe.com, and we’ll send you instructions on how to send it back to us.

You can return any products purchased from Omni DataSafe's product catalog, for any reason within 30 days of shipment for a full refund of your purchase amount. Shipping and handling charges and taxes paid (e.g. state, customs, VAT) are non-refundable.
